Heidi’s Story - Intensive Community Diversion (ICD)
At the age of 15, Heidi was referred to the Family Care Network’s ICD program by the Probation Department because of her troubling behaviors.
Our Philosophy
The Family Care Network exists for one purpose – to enhance the wellbeing of children
and families!
Our guiding philosophy is simple:
