Services provide opportunities for individuals, organizations and businesses within our community to partner with FCNI to better serve children, youth and families
Why We Do It
To create and expand linkages between those we serve and their community
To help the community become positively involved in the lives of children, youth and families in need
To develop resources to meet client needs not provided by primary funding sources
To establish alternative revenue sources to expand and enhance our programs in order to best meet our community’s evolving needs
The agency averages 600 volunteers annually who
provide 17,500 hours of service--saving the agency around
$500,000 per year.
We're committed to creating linkages for community members to get more involved in achieving our mission to enhance lives. Through Community Engagement, we provide Mentoring, Interning, Tutoring and other Volunteer opportunities, helping to match an individual's heart to serve with a critical agency need.
Through Donor Engagement, we partner with our community to acquire goods and services for our youth and families, as well as develop alternative sources of revenue for expanding our services and programs to meet our community's needs. Donor Engagement focuses on donor development, fundraising and special events, service-related enterprises, endowment, and planned giving.
