Program
Family Care Network owns and manages 9 housing complexes with 36 units to provide safe, stable housing for those experiencing housing insecurity.

We provide families with housing, support, and resources to help them build safer, more fulfilling lives together.
Increasing Independence
Every year, we provide over 60 former foster youth ages 16 to 24 with safe housing and individualized guidance and support, helping them avoid homelessness and become successfully independent adults.
Solutions to Homelessness
Over 1,000 people—from parents to older adults to young people–have secured long-term housing in our Housing Programs, helping them build stronger futures for a healthier community.

Every year, we provide after-care services to over 100 families and individuals, helping them maintain their stability by remaining securely housed.
