Open Position, San Luis Obispo County

Pay Scale Range $21.00-$26.88 per hour 

  • Starting rate $21.00 per hour
  • ​​​​​​​40 hrs. - Full-Time/Non-Exempt position 
  • Primary Location: Northern San Luis Obispo County (Paso Robles and Atascadero).
  • Plus a Spanish Bilingual differential (if applicable) of a 10% increase on the Employee's Base Rate of Pay
  • Mileage reimbursement: 65.5 cents per mile
  • Eligible to enroll into benefits on the 1st of the month following employee's first day of employment. These are all high quality and comprehensive plans.
    • FCNI will cover 75% of employee's premium and 60% of employee's dependent’s premium on the primary plan offered-Aetna PPO Health Benefit, Vision and Dental PPO 
    • HSA plans available
  • Humana Life Insurance - $25,000 death benefit at no charge to the employee.
  • Employee Assistance Program - Aetna Resources and Support at no charge to the employee which includes resources and support in:
    • Emotional well-being support

  • 40 hrs. - Full-Time/Exempt position in San Luis Obispo County.
  • Starting annual salary:
    • Social Worker/Therapist II (AMFT or ACSW) $70,324.80 annually
    • Social Worker/Therapist III (LMFT or LCSW) $78,000.00 annually
  • Plus, a Spanish Bilingual differential - 10% increase on the employee's hourly base rate of pay
  • Additional compensation for participating in after hours on-call. Daily rates range from $125-$200 depending on the shift and program.
  • Mileage reimbursement 65.5 cents per mile

Annual Pay Scale Range:
Social Worker/Therapist II - $70,324.80-$89,772.80
Social Worker/Therapist III - 78,000.00-$98,176.00

  • Part-time/Non-Exempt employment in San Luis Obispo 
  • 20 hours per week and must be flexible with all shifts including evening and weekend hours.
  • Starting hourly rate: $18.90
  • Ineligible for PTO or Health/Dental/Vision/403(b) benefits.
  • Eligible for sick time per policy. 
  • Mileage reimbursement 65.5 cents per mile

  • 40 hrs. - Full-Time/Exempt position  
    • Office location: San Luis Obispo 
    • Business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Annual salary range: $100,000-$127,000
