Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care designed to address the physical, behavioral, and social needs of Medi-Cal members with complex conditions. ECM provides community-based care coordination that helps individuals navigate healthcare systems, access essential services, and achieve stability and wellness.

The Independent Living Program equips current and former foster youth ages 16–21 with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to transition successfully to adulthood. ILP offers life skills workshops, educational and employment support, financial literacy, and case management to promote independence and self-sufficiency.

Coastal Valley Academy is a rehabilitative, residential treatment program operated in collaboration with the Juvenile Justice system, serving youth with justice involvement. The program integrates therapeutic services, education, life skills training, and behavior modification in a structured, trauma-informed environment.
