Wraparound Foster Care is a specialized foster care model that integrates the wraparound service approach within a licensed foster care setting. Foster parents act as integral members of the care team, providing trauma-informed, therapeutic support to youth with complex needs.

The WTP program places youth with intensive behavioral health needs into trained therapeutic foster homes where caregivers are skilled in trauma-informed parenting and behavioral intervention. The model includes close coordination with a wraparound team to ensure consistency, safety, and emotional healing.

Emergency Shelter Foster Care offers short-term, immediate placement for children and youth who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or crisis. The program provides a safe and nurturing environment while comprehensive assessments and longer-term placement planning occur.

ISFC provides specialized foster care for children and youth who require higher levels of behavioral and emotional support. Resource families receive extensive training, supervision, and support to maintain placement stability and promote therapeutic progress in a home-based setting.

Basic Foster Care under the Foster Family Agency model provides safe, supportive, and nurturing homes for children and youth who are unable to remain with their biological families. Resource families receive ongoing training and support to meet the needs of children in care.

The Adoptions program facilitates the permanent placement of children and youth into stable, loving adoptive families. Services include family matching, adoption preparation, home study assessments, and post-adoption support to ensure successful lifelong connections.
