I am so grateful to be a part of the Central Coast community. Even in the midst of these unprecedented times, with uncertainty reaching every corner of our lives, we have come together to support one another. Ever since the COVID-19 health crisis hit us locally, I have seen some amazing examples of generosity and compassion.
When sharing why I have been so invested and involved in Miracle Miles for Kids every year for the past twelve years, I have to go back to why I worked at Family Care Network for a season.
Dear MM4K Participants....
This Saturday, April 21st, you will join close to 3000 community members with our staff and families to walk, run, volunteer and celebrate at our 15th Annual Miracle Miles for Kids event. MM4K is always a cause for much preparation, energy and joy at FCNI. To see so many of you, our community, coming together to pour support into our children, youth and families served through our programs is equal parts humbling and inspiring.
On April 21st, we will be hosting our 15th annual Miracle Miles for Kids. It will be a time to celebrate as a community and to look back on how this amazing 10k started, and the impact it has had on the most vulnerable children and families on the Central Coast.
